Springfield, MO. (July 30, 2020) – The Springfield Art Museum Board will meet virtually via teleconferencing technology at 12 PM on Monday, August 3 for its regularly scheduled monthly board lunch.
Citizens wishing to sign up to speak at or attend Monday’s meeting are required to contact Museum Director Nick Nelson by 5 PM Friday, July 31 at 417-837-5700 or firstname.lastname@example.org. The agenda is located here. The Springfield Art Museum Board has charge of and operates the City Art Museum for the promotion of aesthetic or artistic education. Citizens who have signed up to attend the meeting will be provided the option to participate electronically from an office at the Springfield Art Museum. You will be required to wear a face mask while inside the Museum.
Citizens who have experienced any of the following will not be allowed inside the building:
• Flu-like symptoms• Respiratory illness (cough, difficulty breathing)• Fever• Traveled in the past 14 days to an affected area• Been exposed to someone who has traveled to an affected area• Been exposed to someone who has been evaluated for the illness or confirmed illness
